Current Vacancies

Engagement Officer – Brighton

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £26,500 pa OTE

Location: Brighton

As our Partner Engagement Officer, you will be a vital link between our training programs and the individuals who need them most. You will play a pivotal role in changing lives by working with key referral partners, such as local authorities, Jobcentres and employment partnership groups, to identify and engage new learners.

This is an opportunity to use your networking and communication skills to give people the chance to up-skill or re-skill, directly contributing to their journey towards sustainable employment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external organisations and key referral partners, including Jobcentres and community groups.
  2. Outreach and Engagement: Identify new work opportunities and engage with local employment groups to promote our diverse service offerings.
  3. Sales and Marketing Follow-up: Manage and follow up on inquiries via telephone and email, highlighting the benefits and eligibility criteria of our programs.
  4. Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM system.
  5. Performance & Targets: Consistently achieve monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program starts and learner placements.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve their potential.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. A valid UK driving license to attend events and meetings.
  2. Experience working effectively in a target-driven environment.
  3. Strong proficiency in IT.
  4. Excellent telephone manner and strong administrative skills.
  5. Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
  6. Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or recruitment.
  7. Experience working with CRM systems.

Course Advisor – Brighton

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £28,500 pa OTE

Location: Brighton

As a Course Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in providing information and guidance to prospective learners as well as checking funding eligibility prior to undertaking course registration interviews.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling inbound & outbound course enquiries.
  2. Communicating via phone, email, text & WhatsApp.
  3. Checking eligibility for public funding.
  4. Promoting the company’s products & services.
  5. Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets.
  6. Recording data onto the company IT system

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a well organised and effective sales advisor with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Course Advisor Skills & Experience

  1. Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual.
  2. Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
  3. Experience working towards KPIs.
  4. Good levels of English and Maths.
  5. Good knowledge of IT
